has been awarded a contract to provide total interiors for a new two-story
spec home by Encore Development, LLC of Naples. MHK Architecture designed
the home and T.Jerulle Construction was awarded the construction contract.

in the heart of Olde Naples at 489 1st Avenue South, the 3,347-square-foot
home is available for $4,175,000, fully furnished. The home features four
bedrooms plus loft or den, three-and-a-half baths, an elevator and exquisite
interior finishes. The exterior is punctuated by a Zen-style pool with
spa and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen.

Vrinda Albrecht
and Susan
Trivision of Clive Daniel Home are providing furniture selections in
a transitional contemporary style for the home. Installation of furnishings
is expected in mid-November. The award-winning designers previously provided
interiors for other Encore homes in Olde Naples and the Moorings community.
