Rick (pictured) brings over 24 years of corporate and entrepreneurial accomplishment to the ePercipio team. In 1997, he co-founded a company called Workforce Solutions, Inc. and as CEO, led its expansion to all 50 states and six countries, with revenues of $1.6 billion per year. During his 14 years at the helm, Workforce Solutions incubated 10 additional companies which were sold for a total of $1.5 billion. As VP of Operations for Semtec Corporation, he relocated the corporate office and manufacturing from Northern California to Texas, resulting in an overhead decrease of 32 percent. In addition, Rick orchestrated and oversaw the acquisition of a foreign manufacturer of complimentary products.
