Hospitality Group, a division of Windsor Capital Group, announces its
Embassy
Suites Hotel® Lompoc in California recently was recognized as one
of 15 top-performing properties in the Embassy Suites Hotels system.
As
part of an intensive Balanced Scorecard program, 142 participating Embassy
Suites Hotels were measured for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
The Embassy Suites Hotel Lompoc, owned and operated by Windsor, consistently
received among the highest rankings for the year 2000.

Implemented
system-wide by Embassy Suites Hotels, the Balanced Scorecard program evaluated
quality assurance by averaging the ratings given by the internal quality
Assurance Team on numerous announced and unannounced visits throughout
the year. Guest rooms, public areas, �back of the house�, kitchens and
parking lots were considered and given the following rankings: Outstanding
(100), Acceptable (50) and Unacceptable (0). The Embassy Suites Hotel Lompoc
received an average score of 100.
Customer
Satisfaction was measured from a Guest Satisfaction Rating System (GSRS)
based on the results of surveys sent to customers from an outside survey
company. Recent guests were asked to rate various aspects of their experience
at the hotel, including reservations, checkout, food and beverage and overall
service and product. The Embassy Suites Hotel Lompoc received exceptional
GSRS scores throughout 2000.
