New York, NY January 2006 Willem Alexander Enterprises Inc. (WAE), a hospitality service company located in New York, has announced an Alliance with the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) to organize a business and trade mission to some of the most important cities in China. The strategic visit is the first of its kind to focus on the travel, leisure and timeshare industries.

WAEs co-organizer is the Asian American Business Development Center, Inc. (New York, NY) which was founded in 1994 to assist U.S. and Chinese businesses identify and develop trans-national business and marketing opportunities.

A similar trip for Small and Mid-sized Companies was organized in 2004. It was a highly successful venture resulting in the signing of a number of trade agreements, the successful launch of a perfume fragrance called Shanghai and a score of new business alliances. New York State Senator Malcolm A. Smith who was part of the group said the Trade Mission provided an extraordinary and gratifying opportunity to watch significant accomplishments and results emerge as a result of building productive political and business partnerships between the U.S. and China.

At a 2005 conference in Beijing, Chinese Government Organizers named AABDC as the exclusive US representative to sign up US CEOs for attendance.

The China Trade Mission gives delegates a first-hand view of what it actually takes to succeed in Chinas competitive business environment, said Jan Willem van Bergen Hengouwen, President of WAE. We have scheduled a trip with opportunities to meet directly with Chinese government officials, organizations and companies so that travel industry executives can acquire the contacts, the importance and impact of doing business in China.

According to John Wang, President of AABDC, Our representatives continuously work with and maintain on-going close relationships with key decision makers in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian and Hangzhou to promote greater U.S.China trade development. Doing business in China has many complexities and we are looking forward to offering an invaluable asset in understanding to the Chinese market.

Willem Alexander Enterprises, Inc. is dedicated to bringing together resort and travel companies around the globe to help them create and propel potentially mutually profitable ventures.

According to Jan Willem Van Bergen, president and CEO of the company, there is room for approximately 15-20 individuals to join the mission slated for the fall. For applications and more information go to www.waeonline.com or call 212-957-1866.
