Former Renaissance Grand Beach Resort Receives New Name Under New Ownership
The former Renaissance Grand Beach Resort was recently sold to Palace Resorts St. Thomas, a subsidiary of Mexico-based Palace Resorts. Formerly under the management of Marriott International, the 290-room hotel has since been given a new name - Grand Beach Palace - instead of the previously announced Grand Bay Palace. The hotel has been transformed into an all-inclusive resort, whose room rate includes accommodations, food, drink and entertainment.
