Two Historic St. Croix Hotels Change Ownership and Prepare for Renovations

Cormorant Beach Club & Hotel also recently changed ownership. Purchased by St. Croix-based Cormorant Holdings LLC, the 40-room La Grande Princesse resort will undergo renovations to upgrade guest rooms and improve the overall hotel appearance, develop its meeting facilities and enhance the restaurant and bar business.
