traveltourism.mgt.unm.edu
The University of New Mexico's Anderson Schools of Management offers a bachelor's degree in management with a major in tourism management. Graduates of the program are now employed in: hotel management, chambers of commerce, airlines, travel agencies, ski area management, advertising agencies, tour operations, convention & visitors Bureaus, state government cruise lines, resort management, and tourism research.

A unique feature of the degree is that it is first and foremost, a very strong business management degree with AACSB, American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business, certification. AACSB accredits only the top 350 of the several thousand business schools in the United States.

Also we maintain a website for the Tourism Management Association, the professional tourism student association, www.unm.edu/~tourism.
