TeleMatrix Appoints Jim Wright

Colorado Springs, CO � November 2001 � TeleMatrix Inc., a leading worldwide provider of telecommunications products and services, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Jim Wright as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

A proven performer with more than three decades of telecom industry experience, Wright is responsible for leading TeleMatrix�s global sales and marketing activities, as well as contributing his vast skill sets to various corporate management processes and ongoing growth initiatives, said Dale Pelletier, TeleMatrix President and Founder.

Wright spent the past nine years as General Manager of Consultronics Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of connectivity testing and simulation equipment to the telecom industry.  Earlier, Wright served for eight years as Vice President of Sales for Toshiba America�s Telecommunication Systems (Key and PABX) Division, before being promoted to VP - Business & Strategic Planning for the telecom unit. He also held senior management and executive positions with Southern Telephone Supply (now named Alltel Supply), CXR Telecom and Telebyte, Inc. Wright holds an electrical engineering degree, as well as both a Bachelor�s and Master�s Degree in Business Administration, and he currently is working toward a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
