Managers from SVC-West assigned to the Vino Bello Preview Center are Director of Sales Jonathon Henriques and Senior Sales Manager Mike Hernandez. The two veterans of the vacation ownership industry assist Roller by leading the sales line. SVC-West Sales Managers at the Vino Bello are Brandon Gonzales and Sean McNicholas, also previously associated with the company at its San Francisco Preview Center. Newly appointed regional customer service and verification loan officer Mindy Mc Gowan directs quality customer care and contracting in Northern California.

Adds Bergelt, One of our sales professionals in the Napa Valley is Michael Crouch, whose father was one of the founding members of Hyatt Hotels in 1957. Michael came to us with what could be described as a vacation pedigree. He joined the SVC team after extensive research into the timeshare and vacation club products and knew he wanted to be a part of the Shell Vacations success story. We are pleased to have him at Vino Bello.

John Carter, Regional Director of marketing for SVC-West, and his marketing team have forged alliances that will bring 30,000 visitors to the region in the next year.

Adds Bergelt, Under John Carters guidance, our marketing programs with local businesses are positive situations for everyone involved. The programs lead customers to participating businesses, which in turn allow us to generate tours from their locations. Everyone wins.

Every marketing effort is initiated with the objective of directing dollars back to local businesses. Napa Valley SVC-West alliances include the Napa Valley Wine Train, the Chardonnay Golf course, California Wine Tours, Sonoma Wine Tours, the Martini House, Hurleys and the Napa Tourist Bureau.

Phase I of Vino Bello, which opened in July, includes twelve one-bedroom units and 52 two-bedroom-two bath lock-off units, for a total of 116 keys. The interior design features an old world Tuscan theme, with custom furnishings, top-of-the-line kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, luxurious bedding, fireplaces and private balconies. All units have a 37 flat panel wall-mounted TV in the living room and wall-mounted TVs in each of the bedrooms. In addition to the luxurious furnishings, the sales center and guest units feature a variety of artwork created by local Napa Valley artists.

Also, our actual sales have already doubled initial projections with a real buzz of excitement being created throughout the company.

By treating employees with the highest respect and continuing to provide top performers with some of the industrys highest commissions, Bergelt says SVC-West has retained these valued staff members for many years. Most of them previously worked at the SVC-West Preview Center, overlooking San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz and featuring high tech Interactive sales presentations. At the Cannery office, which welcomes vacationers from many countries, the sales staff has also adapted to the customers needs with over 30 languages spoken by the sales staff.
