Fairbury, NE October 2006 The Greater Hartford Convention and Visitors Bureau (GHCVB) has announced its decision to partner with STI Housing for the 2006 Connecticut Polar Bears 22nd Annual Holiday Tournament.

We are excited about using the R-House system for the Polar Bears Tournament said Curt Jensen, National Sales Manager, GHCVB. By joining forces with STI, we are delivering a seamless registration and reservation process for the tournament. Event attendees can modify, analyze and manage their reservations all online. Hartford Hotels are also benefiting from the new system. There is no software to download and all the data remains in one place for everyone involved with the event to securely view. STI has been great to work with, said Arleen Edwards, Director, Conference Services, GHCVB. Their service response time has been outstanding. Using R-House has been very easy, but if I do have questions STI has been available and continues to help me in the learning process.

Joanna Vanderslice, President and CEO of STI adds, We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the Hartford CVB for the nations largest girls ice hockey tournament. We look forward to continuing our working relationship with Hartford, helping them to further streamline their convention and sporting event management which will ultimately increase their customer satisfaction, and hopefully be a catalyst for new growth in their city. When asked how R-House can help bring new growth, Joanna responded, Whenever a city or a company, for that matter, has something valuable to market, it brings more business. Quite simply, we believe that R-House makes it simple and economically feasible for Convention Centers to manage their own housing/registration and therefore add another product to attract new businesswhether it be for registration and housing for a sports event, medical conference or auto show. STI boldly specializes in group housing, where other companies shy away.
