Milwaukee, WI � March 2006 � Midwest Airlines has announced several enhancements to its popular Midwest Miles frequent flyer program, including new partnerships with Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and more ways for program members to earn and redeem miles.

Beginning May 1, Midwest Miles members will be able to earn miles on any Northwest-operated flight and redeem miles for award travel on Northwest and KLM to more than 750 cities in 65 countries worldwide. Additionally, members in Northwest�s WorldPerks frequent flyer program can earn and redeem WorldPerks miles on Midwest.

�We continually seek new ways to reward our loyal Midwest Miles members,� said Scott R. Dickson, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. �That�s why we�re especially pleased to partner with Northwest and KLM because it gives our members the option to both earn and redeem miles on Northwest, and provides a new international partner offering extensive travel destinations.�

In addition to the new airline partnerships, other enhancements to the Midwest Miles program offer more ways for members to earn miles. Coming this summer, members can earn miles for shopping online at the Midwest Miles Mall. The Mall features access to a variety of brand-name sites including Casio, Frontgate, Hammacher Schlemmer, The Sharper Image and more. Members will earn Midwest Miles with every purchase at the online stores.

Additionally, Midwest Miles members can earn up to 5,000 bonus Midwest Miles for dining at restaurants participating in the Rewards Network(SM) Mega Miles promotion. Now through March 31, 2006, every time members spend $15 or more (including tax and tip) at a participating restaurant when a benefit is being offered, they will earn 500 bonus Midwest Miles with the potential to earn up to 5,000 bonus miles in all. Midwest Connect maintains a fleet of Fairchild 328JET regional jets equipped with 32 reclining leather seats and generous legroom. The fleet also includes Beech 1900D turboprops, which are pressurized and soundproofed to maximize passenger comfort.
