The Hospitality Management Program combines traditional classroom lectures with laboratory and hands-on experiences. You must complete 60 credit hours for an Associate in Science degree. Emphasizing hands-on training, the two- year Associate in Science degree requires you to complete an industry internship. Practical training and classroom theory give you the skills you need to qualify for employment in the hospitality field. The two-year Associate in Arts degree includes a wide variety of technical courses, plus instruction in written and oral communication and human relations. Your Associate in Arts degree or Associate in Science degree will enable you to transfer to a four-year school for a bachelor�s degree in Hospitality Management. The Hospitality Management program has a job placement office with numerous full and part-time opportunities you can take advantage of while you study or upon the completion of your degree.
