Group, internationally respected for its hospitality and commercial
design work, has recently completed the interior design of the FineMark
National Bank & Trust office in Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Florida.
The bank offers on-site personal banking services to community residents
and employees in an intimate, upscale environment.

According
to Nancy Woodhouse, IDS, VP of Product Design for Lubner Group and lead
designer on the FineMark project, �The time frame was less than three months
from start to finish for the entire renovation with everything removed
from the bank previously there except the outside walls. Work included
conceptual design and every aspect of coordination with the architect and
contractor, to ensure that the bank served its customers� special needs
within the Vi at Bentley Village retirement community.�
In
crafting the sophisticated design, one of the first steps was to replace
sliding glass doors with an elegant entrance featuring custom doors. The
chosen theme created an environment of elegant serenity with supple fabrics
and rich espresso wood tones. Organic eco-friendly materials were selected
using natural LEED certified exotic bamboo strand wood floors, eco-friendly
fabrics, lighting, wall coverings and many other LEED certified materials
plus fabrics made of 100% recycled polyester.

Woodhouse (pictured), �In designing the bank interiors, we used dark woods
to create a traditional, classic feel. The earthy ginger colored sofa was
crafted of soft textural fabric in a sleek shape and accented with different
hues of blue. These elements combined with contemporary artwork to provide
a lasting, timeless feel for the bank and its clients. Our intention was
to provide a relaxed atmosphere with complete confidentiality so clients
would feel as if they were banking within the comfort of their own living
room.�
Woodhouse
consulted with the bank, selecting wall colors and designing interiors
for the lobby, conference room, executive office, and miscellaneous furnishings
to include wall coverings, original artwork and floor coverings.
