and Franchising Rights for the All American Burger
Company Plans Include Growing the Brand Throughout the USA by Both Owning and
Operating Corporate Stores as Well as Through Select Franchising Opportunities

San Diego, CA � February 2004 � International Sports and Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ISME), announces its wholly owned subsidiary and hospitality division, Global Hospitality Group, has acquired the operating and franchising rights for The All American Burger in an attempt to grow the brand throughout the USA.

The All American Burger has been a Southern California landmark, providing mouth-watering burgers to the Los Angeles area for more than 33 years, even appearing in a major motion picture. Global Hospitality Group obtained a 15-year operating and franchise license from The All American Burger, Haig International Inc. for the use of �The All American Burger� name, trademarks, menus, products and associated logos in exchange for restricted stock in GHG.

Yan Skwara, President and CEO of International Sports and Media Group, Inc., quoting the National Restaurant Associations 2004 industry forecast stated, �The food service business is the cornerstone of the nation�s economy. It will account for over $440 billion in sales for 2004. 2004 will mark the 13th consecutive year of �real sales� growth for the restaurant industry.� Furthermore Skwara says �the restaurant industry has had an amazing run over the last 30 years with a growth of over 1000%.�

Skwara continued, �We are very excited about Global Hospitality Group acquiring The All American Burger, Inc rights.
