The schools are located
on two campuses close to Lucerne city. There are regular train services
from both Zurich and Zurich airport. Both campuses provide on-site accommodation
for students. The residential blocks on both campuses also have a gymnasium,
table tennis and pool tables as well as access to sports fields and organised
sporting events. To support the learning programmes there are modern classrooms
incorporating multimedia presentation equipment and a new library with
extensive books, journals and other material.
Courses/Programmes
The two instiutes offer
a wide range of programmes fulfilling the individual requirements of their
students. All the courses leading to the B.A Degree with Honours are validated
and accredited by the Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. Most
courses include a period of paid in training organised by the school. There
are two enrollments per year, January and July and all programmes are based
on a six-month semester and are dependant on the specific programme attended.
Courses available in both
areas of study cover a range of levels (Certifcate, Diploma, Higher Diploma
and Postgraduate Diploma) as well as the BA Honours programmes, MBA and
the MSc. in International Tourism Management.
