Returning palates will likely remember the many �regulars� back to distribute their best tastes, including Magnum�s from Rolling Meadows, Deer Park�s Biaggi�s, The Brass in South Barrington, Kemper Lakes in Long Grove, The Barn of Barrington, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Fox and Hounds, Taste of Thai in Hoffman Estates, Peggy Kinnane�s and Trackside in Arlington Heights, the Cracker Barrel in Elgin, Famous Dave�s, Marlowe�s, and Durty Nellie�s from Palatine - and to name a few from Schaumburg � Chevys Fresh Mex, Morton�s Steakhouse, Irie Jamaican Café, Sweet Tomatoes, The Bamboo Room, Wildfire, Fox and Hounds, Qdoba, Champps, IKEA Cafeteria, Sabor, The Curragh, The Ram, Chandler�s, and Shaw�s. Newbies this year include Bonefish and Pizzaria Uno Chicago Grill, Bennigan�s, Vittorio De Roma�s in Palatine, Le Titi de Paris and The Patisserie in Arlington Heights. Higher education will be seen too as Harper College�s culinary students, under the direction of Chef Patrick Beach, will be demonstrating their talents again this year and DePaul University with Honey Baked Ham plans on preparing after Easter treats. Attractions such as Dave and Busters, Schaumburg Flyers, Game Works, Chevy Chase Country Club, Schaumburg�s Nature Sancturay and Brookfield Zoo with its Bocadito�s Café, are usually sought as entertainment outlets, yet their foodstuff will tickle taste buds along with Dominick�s Finer Foods & Catering, and the always luscious Godiva Chocolates. Often overlooked hotel dining rooms such as Lafitte�s in Embassy Suites the Schaumburg Marriott�s Allie�s, Furlongs in the Doubletree Palatine, River City Grill in Hoffman Estates Marriott, Tre cena in the Hyatt Woodfield, Juniper�s in the Sheraton Suites Elk Grove, Delaney & Murphy in the Sheraton Chicago NW, Shula�s Steak House at Wyndham Chicago NW, Sedona Grill at Indian Lakes, Penne Grill in Radisson, and McKenna�s in the Holiday Inn Rolling Meadows will have their chefs on hand to spotlight their many culinary talents. Food preparation demonstrations will alternate for stage time with an info packed Wine101 mini-class by �experts of the grape� from Lynfred Winery. Beer samples from local microbreweries, more wine from Valentino�s Vineyards, the newest rage of martini specialties, Starbuck�s coffee and popular Pepsi products will be on hand as thirst quenchers to accompany the delectable cuisine. Attendees might choose to engage in a lighthearted Q & A competition for kitchen prizes, or bid on everything in sight at a discount-packed silent auction offering gift items and dining and hotel certificates. Another bonus - all ticket holders will receive a free Menu Guide to help with selecting future dining and refreshment options from among the booths they visit during the evening. And while they�re grazing, attendees could find themselves being interviewed by WRMN Radio talents on their roaming remote.
