and more. Coinciding with the lodge�s Earth Day activities, entrance to

National Park is free for �National Park Week,� April 22-26.

April 22, 1970 as a day of education about environmental issues, Earth
Day is now a globally celebrated holiday that is sometimes extended into

From 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., guests may join Tenaya Lodge associates on the
Grand Terrace for an evening of stargazing and complimentary hot chocolate.
Miles from the nearest city lights, Yosemite boasts a very dark night sky
which makes Tenaya Lodge a spectacular place to stargaze. Guests are encouraged
to bring binoculars.

Walk: From 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., guests can meet up with the Tenaya Lodge
Guest Recreation Team for a free, guided Nature Walk and Trail Clean-Up.

Create-a-Bug Workshop: From 4 to 6 p.m., the Guest Recreation Team
will assist participants in creating their very own bug out of egg cartons.

Organic
Wine Tasting: From 4 to 6 p.m., Tenaya Lodge will treat guests to a
complimentary wine and cheese tasting featuring organic wines from local
wineries including Idle Hour, Bonterra and Fasi Crest.

Lodge Gift Shop and Ascent Spa Gift Shop will honor Earth Day
by offering 20% off the purchase of eco-friendly products.

Restaurant and Jackalope�s Bar & Grill will present organic
