Lesperance, a certified public accountant, joined the company in March 2004 as vice president of internal audit. There he oversaw the company-wide internal audit function. He developed a strategic plan and direction for the internal audit function and an enterprise-wide risk management program for operational, financial and process audits at both corporate and field locations. Prior to joining Delaware North, he served with Birds Eye Foods and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y., where he obtained a bachelor�s degree in accounting. Lesperance will remain based at the company�s corporate headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y.
