Daniel Home, the Naples, Florida premier home furnishings retailer,
has been awarded a contract to provide total furnishings and interior architectural
details for a Talis Park custom home model at the restyled 461-acre country
club community in North Naples.
The
Villa Sul Verde model is being built by Imperial Homes at Talis Park and
Iron Star Funding, featuring a price tag of $1.875 million, which includes
all furnishings. In the creation of the Villa Sul Verde model, Imperial
Homes Principal, Laurie Tobin, brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial
expertise to the distinctive Southwest Florida homebuilding market. She
recognizes that the selection of a design partner is a key element in delivering
the final product. �Clive Daniel Home, Daniel Lubner and his team have
been exemplary creative partners to work with on this project,� said Tobin,
�I loved working with them as they have made the project fun and exciting.�
Interior
Designers Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen of Clive Daniel Home
are lead designers for the 3,506 square-foot, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home
with three-car garage, pool with fire and water bowls, negative-edged spa,
an open air, under roof outdoor cabana with fireplace and entertainment
area, Summer Kitchen with Subzero Wolf appliances.
Rebekah
and Charlie guided the team on interior architectural details, exterior
selections, flooring and elements of the landscape-design. The entry of
the luxury residence features a unique fountain feature that is �visually
stunning and well as setting the stage for the dramatic 23 foot high, grand
gathering space, which is the heart of this home,� adds Tobin. The residence
is well positioned directly on the golf course green with amazing broad
views of the green and the water. Curtis Gunther of Imperial Homes is a
member of the team as well as the general contractor for the new model
home.
