Michael Jackson, has resigned his position with the company to pursue other
career opportunities. The Board will undertake a thorough search process
with a Canadian-based search agency to find the most qualified candidate
in Canada to lead the organization. Choice Hotels Canada is the country�s
largest lodging franchisor, with over 275 hotels open and under development.
