Aimbridge Hospitality and Greystar Real Estate Partner to Revitalize Asset in Oxnard, California $19 Million Redevelopment Planned for Casa Sirena Hotel & Marina Aimbridge Hospitality and Greystar Real Estate Partner In addition to investing in the project, Aimbridge will be responsible for all aspects of on-site management as well as responsible for the sales and marketing strategies of both properties. The first phase of the redevelopment is the 90- room annex to the Casa Sirena, across the park from the main building, which will become a Hampton Inn. The second phase will be a tear down of the 175-room main hotel which will be replaced with a three- or four-star national chain. This luxury hotel will include a new full-scaled waterfront restaurant to replace the existing Lobster Trap as well as full banquet facilities. In addition to the two hotels, Aimbridge and Greystar will spend a year upgrading the existing 485 apartments on the property.
