| Architectural Concepts Selected to Design Seahorse Beach Club Architectural Concepts Selected to Design Seahorse Beach Club Architectural Concepts is creating a spectacular �country-club type� facility with full amenities to service the Follets Island project. Located between Surfside and Galveston Texas, with unobstructed views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Drum Bay, Seahorse Beach Club is an hour�s drive from Houston. Included in the nearly 10,000 square ft. Beach Club will be three hotel suites, a sales center, recreation and game room, movie room, luxury spa, and fitness studio. The bar/lounge will have indoor and outdoor dining for 100. Outside there will be an enormous activity pool with an infinity edge falling to a fire pit below, and a �not so small� kid�s pool. �Our
primary goal is to provide a fun, multi-purpose amenity for the fractional
property owners, as well as a sales center for Star Resort Group. Our concept
interior style of �YACHT CLUB� is based on the abundant water activities
