Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Leatherstocking Corporation, the General Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities, including marketing; sales; facilities management; and recruiting, training and motivating a large staff. The General Manager will also oversee the operations of The Cooper Inn, the hotel's sister facility located within a five-minute walk of The Otesaga.
