Executive Chef - New York, NY

LSG Sky Chefs, the world's largest airline caterer has an immediate opening for an executive chef in our Kennedy and LaGuardia airport flight kitchens. This position is responsible for managing the food production for our international and domestic airline customers. The successful candidate will possess very strong communication, organization, and team building skills, as well as an outstanding customer service focus. The measure of success in this position is to produce every customers' recipes to their exact specifications. There are opportunities to develop new menus and recipes with a menu design team for each account, and during menu presentations for potential and current customer accounts. Candidates must have high volume menu production experience and a proven track record for implementing and managing production efficiencies as well as HACCP.

Requirements include: Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, BS in hotel restaurant management, or ACF certification, 3-5 years as an executive chef, PC skills in windows programs, second language a plus. Must be a US citizen or have a valid work visa for the US. LSG Sky Chefs does not offer international relocation.
