The Lodge at Torrey Pines (Opening early 2002) is seeking a highly skilled Director of Catering & Conference Services. This luxurious hotel will have 175 elegant suites and guest rooms employing California Craftsman-style architecture and interior design located on the 18th green of the world-renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course. Catering, business meetings and all special occasions are served by over 13,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, including 11 meeting rooms.

We are in search of an individual with a proven track record with luxury hotel properties. The Director of Catering & Conference Services will be a dynamic, well-rounded, people-oriented team player with very strong organizational and leadership skills. This exceptional manager possesses a passion for service, is directly involved in the catering-sales and operations function and interacts with guests in the promotion of the hotel.

Job Requirements:
University Degree / Culinary Degree.
At least 3 years experience in similar position.
