Individual with 2-3 years
experience in coordinating HR functions. Experience in Hospitality preferred.
Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong
attention to detail and multi-tasked oriented. Computer knowledge essential
and knowledge of ABRA helpful.
NIGHT
AUDIT
Overnight individual
to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of property revenues.
Previous exp. in hotel accounting or front office preferred. Must have
strong communication, analytical and mathematical skills. Computer literate
in Lotus/Excel spreadsheets and detail oriented. Able to work 3rd shift
and flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.
CONCIERGE
Individual to service
and assist our guests in providing information about the resort and services
available in the outlying area. Able to give directions, coordinate transportation
for guests and maintain concierge lounge. Must be computer literate and
have good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of guest
arrivals and departures helpful.
COFFEE
BREAK SUPERVISOR
Supervise attendants
to ensure accurate and efficient set-up/serving coffee stations. Hotel
experience a plus. Candidate must posses outstanding guest/customer service
skills and must be available weekends. Some heavy lifting required.
ROOM
SERVICE SERVER (MIDNIGHTS)
Previous Food and Beverage/Guest
services experience preferred. Able to learn menus and understand food
preparation procedures. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
RESERVATIONS
AGENT
Previous phone experience
required. Excellent communication skills: typing of 35 wpm. Must have pleasant
phone voice and strong customer service background. Able to work in a fast
