DIRECTOR OF SALES: CHICAGO, IL
JOB DESCRIPTION
15 Outside sales calls per week to decision makers in your market area.
Qualify leads and prospects gained from cold calls, sales blitzes, National Sales Office and other sources.
Cultivate lead sources. Distribute leads to other Candlewood hotels.
Complete weekly sales call reports and maintain ACT Account System and submit reports to the General Manager as requested.
Network with prospects to uncover other decision makers.
Establish and maintain close contact with Top and Target accounts through phone calls, tours, appointments, correspondence and entertainment.
Assess future and current needs of the guests.
Maintain accurate sales files and trace system of Top and Target accounts.JOB REQUIREMENTS
