Criteria for Bahama Breeze Management Candidates

Bahama Breeze hires only the best -- those in the top 20 percent of the casual dining industry. Consequently, we use a comprehensive screening process that includes several interviews, a battery of tests, reference checks, and an evaluation of your current restaurant operation.

Before submitting your resume, make sure you meet the following criteria:

|||At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
|||At least 2 years experience as a General Manager, Director, Managing Chef, Kitchen Manager or |||||||Manager in a high volume restaurant
|||High volume concept must exceed $4 million in sales
|||Stable job history (longevity with company)
|||Positive career track/salary progression
|||Work for a proven performer in top 20 percent of casual dining
|||Strong work ethic (60-70 hours per week)
|||Willingness to relocate based on restaurant growth plans

General Manager	$85,000 - $120,000
Managing Chef	$58,000 - $85,000
Training Manager	$48,000 - $75,000
Department Manager	$38,000 - $60,000
