etc). Prior experience (2 years) in a full-service hotel environment
is required along with strong leadership skills. Formal training
in culinary sciences is also strongly preferred. |

Applicants should have some
sales training, a professional appearance, and presentation skills. Positions
require local travel to conduct outside sales calls, as well as out of
town travel to solicit business in feeder cities and represent the hotel
at trade shows (as needed). Previous hotel sale experience is preferred.
Four-year college degree is preferred, however, any combination of education
and training within hotel sales may also be considered. |
