Sullivan University – National Center For Hospitality Studies – Louisville, KY
www.sullivan.edu/nchs
Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies (NCHS) offers degree and diploma programs in culinary arts, baking & pastry arts, professional catering, hotel/restaurant management and travel and tourism. Opened in 1987, with an initial graduating class of 15 students, the NCHS now boasts over 650 full-time students including those attending convenient classes during the evenings and weekends.

The University accepts all credits earned in associate degrees from accredited institutions across the country toward its bachelors degree. Associate degree graduates can start as juniors with us earning the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree in Hospitality Management. The BSBA can be completed through on-line courses so there is no need for most students to relocate to Louisville to continue their education.

All of our main campus facilities contain the resources to help our students learn in the best environment: Library and Learning Resource Center, boasting almost 200 computer network connections, with state-of-the-art electronic and Internet access; NCHS travel and tourism labs equipped with the latest travel software used by industry professionals; professional cooking labs and the best real-world experience centers such as our own 3 ½ star restaurant, Winston's, our Bakery and Julep's, our in-house catering company.

Upon graduation, NCHS graduates enjoy 100% job placement and are eligible for lifetime fee-free job placement assistance.

Sullivan University's Louisville campus is located right in the heart of one of the South's most dynamic and progressive cities. Louisville is serviced by three interstate highways (64, 65, and 71). You'll find us right next to the Watterson Expressway (I-264), the interior perimeter road that connects all of Louisville. Our attractive multimillion dollar, 9-acre complex offers the latest in technology and amenities, provided on a campus with lots of green space and trees.
