Richland College offers a comprehensive program for starting a career in the Travel, Exposition and Meeting Management fields. Courses are available in both the day and the evening, and can be taken for credit. Upon graduation, students find jobs in the industry or continue their education at the university level.

The mission of the Travel, Exhibition and Meeting Management Program is to develop professionals for the TEMM industries. Richland believes in working within the community to provide hands-on experience, reinforcing the textbook learning.

Richland College offers a two-year degree program which prepares the student for one of the many and diverse job opportunities available in the Travel and Hospitality Industry or to continue their education at the four-year college or University.

The Richland College program also includes three certificates:

    1) A Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism - A certificate for students wanting to study tourism and take on-line hospitality classes.
    2) A Certificate in Meetings for the student who wants to become an event manager.
    3) A Certificate in Wedding Planning.
One of the key strengths of Richland's Travel, Exposition and Meeting Management Program is the leadership provided by the TEMM Advisory Committee and the expertise of TEMM instructors. Students also have the added advantage of hands-on experience in classes and through the Travel Club – Delta Epsilon Chi.
