Online Feedback System Employs Device
Recognition Technology to Increase Response Rates

Indianapolis, IN – November 2013 / Hospitality 1ST / CustomerCount(SM) online enterprise customer feedback management system has added another upgrade to its popular survey system to enable device recognition for mobile devices, as well as traditional desktop computers.

Bob Kobek, President of Mobius Vendor Partners, developers of CustomerCount says, “12% of people responding to our surveys do so on a device other than a desktop. With the new upgrade, we will increase response rates by an easy +5%.”

According to Bill Morris, Managing Partner of Mobius Vendor Partners which developed CustomerCount, “We have come up with an excellent solution so that our clients can gain more response data. Regardless of the device, the survey will recognize it and size it accordingly so the respondent doesn’t have to shrink it or open it to make it larger, or otherwise adjust the size.”

Originally developed exclusively for the timeshare industry, CustomerCount collects and measures customer feedback through branded, customized surveys formulated to measure the quality of the entire customer experience from sales and reservations through the vacation stay itself. Among many other tracking and reporting experiences, CustomerCount tracks three primary components: the reservation experience, the sales experience and the vacation experience.
