ESHOTEL is the first French hotel school conceived as a business school, adapted to the specificities of hotel management and tourism. The diploma programmes proposed to students include two study courses:

• BTS Hôtellerie - Restauration, three year post GCE “A” Level state diploma
• MASTER in Hotel Management and Tourism, a postgraduate diploma, providing a training in management, in communication, law, economy and human resources applied to hotels and tourism, to give students a real expertise in unit or enterprise management, of the type taught in business schools.

Whereas ESHOTEL education is directed toward management, our strong involvement with enterprises in the sector allows students to acquire the ability, judgment and performance appropriate to the profession. Practical training periods in real situations is the basis of our educational procedure: case studies, professional cuisine and restaurant, numerous training periods and visits to enterprises. On leaving our school, young graduates adjust easily and rapidly to their first position.

For more than ten years, our mission has been to train future decision-makers in one of the most creative employment sectors today. With our professors and all our enterprises partners, we have made ESHOTEL a French standard, in the education of young managers in the hotel industry, catering and tourism.
