The diploma programmes proposed to students include two study courses: BTS Hôtellerie - Restauration and CTH Level-5 Diploma in Hospitality Management, three year post GCE “A” Level France and UK state diploma MASTER in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, a Master degree in partnership with London South Bank Univesity, providing a training in strategy, marketing, cross-cultural management and leadership applied to hotels and tourism, to give students a real expertise in unit or enterprise management, of the type taught in business schools. Foreign students can follow the whole program from UK level-4 (post GCE “A” Level) to level-6 and the Master of Science, in English and in Paris. ESH stands for Ecole Supérieure d’Hôtellerie, Hotel Management College in French. The school has two campuses in Paris and London and offers French and UK qualifications in hospitality management. At the Bachelor level, ESH qualifications are certified by The Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH), one of the UK’s leading professional awarding body for the hotel and tourism industry. Our Level 4, Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications are Ofqual approved (UK Office of Qualifications). Students who successfully complete our Level 6 Diploma can go on to convert it to a University bachelor’s degree in hospitality & tourism from Coventry University College or BPP University College (UK), simply by completing an additional dissertation. At the Master level, our students in Paris are awarded London South Bank University (LSBU) MSc in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, a level-7 Master of Science. LSBU is one of London’s largest and oldest universities, founded in 1892 with today over 25 000 students from over 130 countries. LSBU is also a top 20 UK university for graduate starting salaries and received the highest possible rating for the quality of their education from the independent Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). On top of these qualifications, ESH in Paris offers a complete training to hotel operations, front-office, housekeeping and French gastronomy and traditional service in our state-of-the-art restaurant « Le Charles ». ESH relations with the hotel industry in Paris, since more than 30 years allows us to offer sponsorship from the most prestigious hotels: Bristol, Ritz, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, Fouquet’s, Four Seasons George V, Shangri-La, Raffles Royal Monceau, Prince de Galles, InterContinental Grand Hotel and the Shangri-La Paris in 2013.
