Arkansas Tech University
offered Arkansas’ first Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant
Management in 1983 and has remained a leader in hospitality management
since that time. Utilizing a state-of-the-art student restaurant laboratory
to teach food service, beverage management, nutrition, dining service management
and sanitation, ATU also offers courses in lodging, resort management,
meeting/convention management, marketing and tourism. The University’s
setting in “The Natural State” offers an abundance of hospitality resources
and internship opportunities.
